Job Summary
Duty Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrating controls and sensors; inspecting fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems; conducting life safety tests (fire-pump and generator); assisting in disaster response protocol development; and responding to guest repair requests. role includes assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching staff; ensuring safety and security policies; maintaining inventory and purchase orders; and improving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Requires a technical, trade, or vocational degree with at least 2 years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and the position is based in Mumbai, India with on-site responsibilities.
