Job Summary
Duty Engineer at Marriott Bangkok responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrating controls and meters; inspecting fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems; conducting life safety tests (fire-pump and generator run tests); assisting in disaster response protocol development; handling guest repair requests; supervising and coaching staff; enforcing safety and quality standards; and contributing to operational efficiency and cost-savings. Requires a technical or vocational education background and at least two years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
