Job Summary
Manages engineering operations and budgets for the property, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance; ensures regulatory compliance, safety standards, and asset protection; develops service-contract specifications, administers contracts, and coordinates preventive maintenance and project planning; leads in energy conservation and guest-room/public-space inspections to sustain high guest satisfaction; collaborates with city/building authorities, fire prevention, vendors, and external customers while maintaining property licenses and life-safety systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 1 year experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
