Job Summary
Duty Engineer leads and develops a high-performing engineering team to deliver resort M&E operations to brand standards. Oversees daily maintenance and powerhouse activities, coordinates technicians across shifts, plans rostering and tasks, and reviews logs. Provides hands-on leadership during peak periods, ensures safe and compliant work environment, mentors staff, supports training and onboarding, and collaborates with other departments to coordinate repairs (kitchen, laundry, facilities) while contributing to budgeting and goal attainment.
