Assist in disaster response protocol development and address guest repair requests. Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees. Ensure adherence to safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and welcome guests according to company standards. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving up and down stairs.
