Duty Engineer

Duty Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance and electrical/HVAC systems at a Pune-based facility for a global real estate services provider. Accountable for managing and coordinating M&E maintenance schedules, inventory of critical spares, vendor coordination, and contract/procurement activities to meet SLA/KPI targets. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical systems, HVAC/PAC, water, plumbing and sanitary systems, elevators, and cafeteria equipment; ensuring PM work orders are closed in the 360 facility tool/Archibus, conducting daily inspections and adherence to 52-week maintenance schedules, and maintaining records (log books, history cards, equipment details, service and incident reports). Coordinate with OEMs, Accenture, and builders for maintenance practices, onboarding of M&E staff, safety procedures, emergency evacuation, and client-related activities; manage data reporting (DSR, SLA, energy, MMR) and support internal/external audits. Ensure proper usage of facility tools (e-fit, IMT, VMT) and maintain quality workmanship aligned with manufacturer recommendations.
