Job Summary
Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting with bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations while resolving issues efficiently. Accurately document interactions within company systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests. Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary, and meet performance targets related to service quality and response times. Maintain fluency in Dutch and English while working rotating schedules Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
