Job Summary
Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting with bookings, itinerary changes, and inquiries while resolving issues efficiently. Accurately document all interactions within company systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests. Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary, and maintain high service quality and response times. Fluency in Dutch and English (B1/B2) is required, along with proficiency in customer support tools and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
