Job Summary
Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries while resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction. Accurately document interactions within company systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests. Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary, and meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Fluency in Dutch and English (B1/B2) is required, along with proficiency in computer systems and customer support tools. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work rotating schedules Monday to Friday between 09:00-19:00.
