Job Summary
Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels while assisting with bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Resolve issues efficiently, document interactions within company systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary, while staying informed about company products, services, destinations, and travel policies. Meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times. Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B1/B2 level) is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with customer support tools. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work rotating schedules Monday to Friday between 09:00-19:00.
