Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat by assisting travelers with bookings, itinerary changes, and inquiries. Resolve issues efficiently while documenting interactions in company systems and collaborating with internal teams for prompt resolution. Maintain high service quality and response times by meeting individual and team performance targets. Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases as necessary. Fluency in Dutch and English (B1/B2) and experience in customer care or the travel industry are preferred. Work Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00, on an 8-hour shift-based schedule. Monthly salary is €2045.17, plus transportation, internet, and life event bonuses. Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance are provided, along with optional multisport cards and quarterly performance incentives. A relocation package includes travel reimbursement, hotel accommodation, and a salary advance for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer support tools
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work rotating schedules
