Job Summary
Design and develop pre- and post-training activities, applying advanced training skills to create engaging learning solutions for new and seasoned employees. Create evaluation materials for training modules and manage project plans to ensure target dates are met while communicating with stakeholders on delays. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify training needs that improve performance metrics and stay current with industry trends to share best practices. Accountable for achieving training objectives and leading ad hoc projects as assigned. Requires Dutch language proficiency and one year of training experience.
Required Qualifications
- Matric or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch, with strong verbal and written skills to support training and development initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year/s + Education / Training Experience
- Training Certificate/Diploma
- Previous Training and Content Development experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive and monitor competency rates in L&D
- Experience in curriculum design
