Job Summary
Drive growth through proactive outreach and strategic communication by identifying potential business opportunities and engaging with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their needs. Deliver compelling pitches that highlight the value of our solutions while meeting a minimum of one year of sales experience and C1 Dutch proficiency. This on-site role in Berlin requires immediate availability with a starting date of January 31, 2026, or February 28, 2026, and includes a base salary of €2,750 plus a guaranteed €300 language bonus. Candidates must reside in Berlin and hold a six-month break from previous BPO employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must already be living in Berlin
- Native-level or C1 Dutch
- Minimum of B2 English
- 6-month break since last employment at a BPO (if applicable)
