Job Summary
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat for Dutch-speaking SquareTrade clients regarding insurance claims, product protection plans, and general account inquiries. Guide customers through claims processes and explain policies clearly while resolving complaints with empathy. Update customer records accurately and collaborate with an international team to maintain high-quality service standards. Full training is provided before starting, with no prior insurance experience required. Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good English (spoken and written)
