Job Summary
Host and present live online games in Dutch while interacting with players in a fun, engaging way within a modern studio-based environment. Create a great experience in front of the camera, supported by two weeks of paid training covering games and presentation skills. Work rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night slots, with options to swap with teammates and earn extra pay for night shifts. Enjoy a permanent contract starting day one, including a relocation package with flight or train tickets, accommodation support, and a €1,500 bonus. Access gym facilities, meal vouchers, and private health insurance after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Dutch-Speaking Game Presenter – Live & Work in Madrid
- Host and present games in Dutch
- Interact with players in a fun, engaging way
- Create a great experience in front of the camera
- Work in a modern, studio-based environment
- Permanent contract from day one
- 35 hours/week (with option to increase up to 40h)
- Base salary: €1,513/month
- Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)
- Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
- Average total: €1,900 – €2,200/month gross
- Moving to Spain
- Flight ticket (or train if already in Spain)
- 26 days of accommodation on arrival
- Support to find a permanent accommodation
- €1,500 relocation bonus
- €1,000 with first salary
- €500 with second salary
- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off
- Schedules shared in advance
- Option to swap shifts with teammates
- Morning: 07:55 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
- Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)
- 2 weeks of paid training (no experience needed!)
- Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day
- 4 or 5 working shifts per week, followed by 2 or 3 days off
- Shift consistency within the same week
- Monthly schedule provided 2 weeks before the start of each month
- Flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues
- Learn everything from games to presentation skills
- Academy training costs 1.200€
- After 1 month: €1,000 deducted from final salary
- After 2 months: €800 deducted
- After 3 months: €600 deducted
- After 4 months: €400 deducted
- After 5 months: €200 deducted
- After 6 months: no deduction applies
- Gym access across Madrid
