Job Summary
Support customers through inbound and outbound contacts via voice, email, and chat while delivering a high-quality, personalized experience. Identify, understand, and respond promptly to customer needs to achieve First Contact Resolution, acting as a brand ambassador to build trust and loyalty. Develop strong knowledge of products, services, and sustainability initiatives to identify relevant sales and customer retention opportunities. Requires fluent Dutch and English skills, comfort with phone and digital channels, and availability for rotational shifts including weekends. Full training covers customer management and digital tools; successful completion leads to employment. Health insurance is provided from day one, along with a minimum base salary of €1,055 gross per month. EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Good level of English

- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal
