Job Summary
Answer traveler questions, adjust bookings, and offer reassurance to ensure every guest's journey proceeds smoothly. Provide flight and accommodation support to help new hires settle in easily while managing inquiries from travelers planning stays and holidays. Maintain a friendly, positive, and curious mindset using computers and online tools to solve problems and offer assistance. This role offers full remote work flexibility from Greece, including 25 days of annual leave and relocation support, within a multicultural environment focused on career development and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English
