Job Summary
Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform via chat, email, or phone. Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support while navigating a fast-paced environment and actively implementing feedback to level up your skills. Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) with Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM. Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week. Compensation includes a Base Salary of 1,100€ 14 times per year, plus Performance and Attendance bonuses. Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch is required alongside strong communication skills and empathy for the user experience.
