Job Summary
Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform via chat, email, or phone. Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support while navigating a fast-paced environment. Actively implement feedback to level up your skills and thrive in dynamic settings. Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch is required alongside strong communication abilities and empathy for the user experience. Work Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM with rotational shifts, including Saturday and Sunday coverage from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, and receive two rotational days off per week.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken)
