Job Summary
Collaborate with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tech solutions while acting as a trusted advisor on cloud-based tools and digital strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced product or platform-related issues, helping businesses optimize their IT setup to improve performance. Work closely with internal tech teams to escalate and solve complex cases, ensuring you keep up with product knowledge and share insights with clients. This role requires Dutch on a C2 level, strong English communication skills, and at least two years of B2B experience in tech, cloud, sales, or account management. The position offers a competitive salary plus bonus, a relocation package for those moving from abroad, and a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
