Job Summary
Placement Governance Administrator with Dutch or German language proficiency. Manages CRM data, master data accuracy, and compliance across the placement lifecycle; collaborates with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Pay & Bill to ensure placements are accurate, compliant and audit-ready. Responsibilities include CRM data administration, updating records, validating rates, dates and terms, and acting as a quality control checkpoint to approve, hold, or return placements. Maintains auditable compliance records and chases outstanding documentation. Requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and professional communication. Hybrid working in Manchester (West Didsbury) with full-time, permanent employment. Desirable experience in CRM systems and recruitment/compliance/operations administration. Fluency in Dutch or German is required or equivalent.
