Job Summary
Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude while solving problems and creating positive experiences. Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction, then log and update customer interactions in relevant systems. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service delivery. This role requires fluent Dutch and B2+ English, shift work availability, and a clean criminal record. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, candidates must relocate from an EU country. Atlean World provides free comprehensive training with certification, private health insurance, and a renewable fixed-term contract.
