Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer support for sound equipment clients using native-level Dutch and advanced English, with a genuine passion for resolving issues. Handle inquiries and deliver service across the full contract period, which includes a dedicated one-month training phase starting September 7th. Work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternate weekends, based initially at the Los Remedios hub with relocation flexibility for the Seville area.
Required Qualifications
- Dutch (C2 - native or bilingual level)
- English (B2-C1 - advanced level)
- Residence in the Seville area or willing to relocate
