Job Summary
Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, offering guidance on orders and troubleshooting technical issues using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and Excel. Coordinate technician visits or arrange for spare parts delivery in complex cases while proactively discussing and upselling new or existing products. Educate customers on product features and embody the brand's values as a Dutch-speaking brand ambassador. Work remotely or in a hybrid setup within 50 km of Bratislava with up to 10% of your monthly salary based on KPIs. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Eligible to work and reside in Slovakia
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Ability to pick up diagnostic tools quickly

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in Slovakia
