Dutch Customer Care rep - Athens

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails regarding truck breakdowns, providing calm support and creating cases within the CRM system. Analyze breakdown situations to efficiently dispatch assistance by coordinating with dealers, technicians, or third-party providers while handling diverse inquiries across multiple channels. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and empathetic service, utilizing internal tools to document interactions effectively. This 8-month remote role in Athens includes rotating shifts from 00:00-23:00, a productivity bonus up to 100 EUR monthly, and requires native Dutch and B2 English proficiency. Candidates based in Athens follow a hybrid model with occasional on-site nesting and client visits.
Required Qualifications
- Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch
- B2 level proficiency in English
- Previous experience in a call center, mail handling, or roadside assistance
- Familiarity with knowledge systems and information research
- Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office
- A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- A basic understanding of vehicle roadside assistance procedures
- Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
- Rotating shifts, 00:00-23:00
- Candidates based in Athens will follow a hybrid model including 2 weeks of on-site nesting and occasional client visits, audits, or workshops (4-5 days every 2-3 months)
