Job Summary
Senior Account Representative – Durables leads direct sales within the cold chain packaging space, coordinating activities to grow existing accounts and develop new business. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline, developing territory strategy, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal and contract negotiation, and collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Must engage with procurement, supply chain managers, and business owners, stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and effectively position reusable packaging solutions. Remote position with preference for candidates located in CST or EST time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on cold calling and new business development
- Strong track record of building and managing sales territory from the ground up
- Background in selling roto molded containers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
