Job Summary
Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patient homes and healthcare facilities while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on proper equipment usage and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Maintain a clean motor vehicle record with at least three consecutive years of driving history, working varying hours, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
Required Qualifications

- at least 6-months of exceptional customer care experience
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends and/or on-call when required
- Three consecutive years of driving history
- no major moving violations or accidents
