Job Summary
Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patient homes and healthcare facilities. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while educating patients, caregivers, and family members on proper equipment use. Maintain a clean motor vehicle record with three consecutive years of driving history, working varying hours, weekends, and on-call rotations as required. This role supports Dragonfly Health's mission to transform hospice and post-acute care by providing life-sustaining equipment and pharmaceutical solutions to over 145,000 patients daily.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate individuals
- at least 6-months of exceptional customer care experience
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends and/or on-call when required
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Anyone between the ages of 21-25 years old must successfully demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record (no at fault accidents or moving violations)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
