Job Summary
Conduct daily customer support activities for Dupixent in the Tokyo 23 wards, executing action plans based on TTL and product strategies to drive sales targets. Manage high-difficulty customers and KOLs/AOLs, facilitating their understanding of the company's message while ensuring compliance with Sanofi policies and industry rules. Monitor post-marketing surveillance, side effects, and claims to maintain product safety and appropriate pricing. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to refine area plans and foster a high-performance workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
- 生物学的製剤やスペシャリティケア製品での業務経験があること
- 担当領域(皮膚科・呼吸器科・耳鼻科)の知識・経験を有すること
- KOL/AOLの所属する担当施設の経験や、スピーカー育成の経験があること
- 基本的なビジネススキル(コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等)
- 基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル: Word、Excel、PowerPoint
- 運転免許証(原則)
- MR認定証(原則)
