Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare and serve quality food to travelers. Operate the point-of-sale system, follow food safety and cash handling policies, and actively cross-sell products while maintaining brand standards. Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging, plus stock, clean, and sanitize all equipment. Maintain a solid knowledge of available products and services. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
