Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging travelers with positive interactions, operating the point-of-sale system to process payments, and preparing and serving quality food. Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks while stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging, actively cross-sell products, and maintain knowledge of available services. Stand and walk for extended periods while frequently lifting up to 40 pounds. Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
