Job Summary
Inspire and coach crew members while guiding them through shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities and providing feedback. Drive operational standards and efficiency, overseeing the execution of restaurant standards, marketing initiatives, and labor and food cost management. Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and security while assisting in training and holding team members accountable for clear goals.
Required Qualifications
