Job Summary
Lead a shift team by inspiring crew members, guiding them through responsibilities, and providing real-time feedback. Drive operational excellence by strategically deploying staff to meet guest needs, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Manage team dynamics to maintain a positive environment while overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives and labor/food cost controls. Uphold safety and security policies regarding food safety and restaurant security. Set clear goals, hold team members accountable, and assist in training, including ServSafe certification. Communicate clearly to resolve guest issues and foster urgency in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
