Job Summary
Lead crew members through shifts by coaching, providing feedback, and clearly communicating responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Manage team dynamics to deploy staff optimally, set clear goals, and hold members accountable for performance. Uphold operational standards by driving efficiency, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and service quality while overseeing marketing initiatives. Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and manage labor and food costs effectively. Assist in training new crew members in line with directives from management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
