Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Manage budgets, control costs, and build profitable top-line sales across the restaurant. Possess strong organizational skills and understand proper food safety systems, with ServSafe certification as a plus. Operate within a five-day work week with flexible morning, afternoon, night, and overnight hours. Join the Pino Network franchisee, which has promoted most of its store managers from within since 1989.
