Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests while operating the POS system to take orders and collect payment. Prepare and package customer orders, clean cooking and prep areas, and operate coffee and sandwich equipment. Account for food quality and quantity while demonstrating complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Ensure product availability and efficiency through effective staff management and problem solving. Maintain shift awareness and a positive attitude to lead by example and make guests feel welcome. Requires minimum age of 18, excellent communication skills, and physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs.
