Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests while operating a POS system to take orders and collect payment. Prepare and package customer orders, clean cooking and prep areas, and operate coffee and sandwich equipment. Account for food quality and quantity, demonstrating complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Ensure product quality and availability, maintain efficiency, and lead staff with a positive attitude. Minimum age is 18, with excellent communication skills and physical dexterity required to move up to 50lbs. This independently owned franchise offers up to $18/hour with health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO.
