Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests by operating a POS system, taking orders, collecting payment, and preparing packaged orders to satisfaction. Maintain kitchen standards by cleaning cooking and prep areas, operating coffee and sandwich equipment, and accounting for food quality and quantity. Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients while ensuring product availability and efficiency. Lead by example with shift awareness and a positive attitude to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Requires minimum age of 18, excellent communication skills, physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs, and basic math and written/verbal skills.
