Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction through people-focused service, and hire, train, and retain a motivated team. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure the best overall guest experience. Previous experience managing a food establishment or working at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, and Panera Bread is an asset. This role offers a five-day work week with flexible hours, paid vacations, holiday pay, and health and dental insurance. The Pino Network operates 17 Dunkin' restaurants throughout Massachusetts, focusing on developing and promoting people from within.
