Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands and Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction by hiring, training, and retaining a motivated team. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure food safety compliance. This five-day work week includes flexible morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts with paid vacations, holiday pay, and health insurance. The Pino Network focuses on developing people from within, currently operating 17 Dunkin' restaurants throughout Massachusetts.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required
- Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus
