Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands and Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating ideas and expectations clearly. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations across the 17 Dunkin' restaurants in Massachusetts. This role offers flexible hours including morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts, with a five-day work week, paid vacations, holiday pay, and paid sick time. Health and dental insurance are provided. Previous experience in retail at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset. ServSafe certification is a plus.
