Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce by supervising staff and communicating ideas and expectations clearly. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations and provide the best overall guest experience in our restaurants. We offer flexible hours including morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts, with a five-day work week. ServSafe certification is a plus, and previous experience at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset.
