Job Summary
Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others while celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality by meeting safety and sanitation standards. Anticipate and understand guests' needs to exceed their expectations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Prior experience in a cafe or quick service restaurant is preferred.
