Job Summary
Guide and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members while overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, cash management, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws by maintaining high scores on inspections and audits. Conduct annual reviews, manage store performance, and collaborate with area managers to drive initiatives for store growth and excellence. Engage with guests to manage feedback and participate in local community activities to enhance the brand's image. Maintain the store and all equipment to present a professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
- Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
