Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members through training, performance assessments, and professional growth initiatives. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor laws. Conduct annual reviews, manage store performance, and drive initiatives for growth while engaging with guests to maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with area managers, lead store meetings, and participate in local community activities to enhance brand image. Maintain top scores on inspections and audits while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
- Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
