Job Summary
Lead a team of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members while overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, food costs, safety, and sanitation. Manage inventory, orders, and promotions; handle cash management, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize daily performance. Conduct annual reviews, monitor store quality assurance, and ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Engage with guests, manage feedback, and participate in local community activities to enhance brand image. Collaborate with area managers to drive store growth and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
- Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
