Dunkin' Overnight Team Member

Conduct barista duties including coffee preparation, food service, and customer interaction during flexible morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts. Maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor while serving guests at one of 17 Dunkin' restaurants operated by the Pino Network in Massachusetts. No restaurant experience is required, though prior retail or barista roles at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread are an asset. This five-day work week includes paid vacations, holiday pay, and paid sick time, with health and dental insurance provided. We seek dedicated team players to grow with our franchisee, which has promoted most store and upper management internally since 1989.
