Job Summary
Prepare food and beverages according to operational standards, provide guest service, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This role supports the Pino Network's mission to develop people from within across 12 Massachusetts restaurants, with a focus on driving day-to-day operations and delivering the best overall guest experience. The position offers a five-day work week, paid vacations, holiday pay, and health and dental insurance. Previous retail or barista experience is an asset, though no restaurant background is required.
