Conduct barista duties, manage cash registers, and provide customer service in one of our 17 Massachusetts locations. Prepare coffee, sandwiches, and pastries while maintaining high standards for guest experience. Work flexible morning, afternoon, night, or overnight shifts as part of a five-day work week. No restaurant experience is required, though prior retail or barista roles at Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread are an asset.
