Job Summary
Dunkin Manager responsible for executing training activities across the Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins franchise network, conducting new hire orientation, scheduling and facilitating classroom-based learning, and partnering with franchisee leadership on succession planning. Manages operational excellence by maintaining a people-first culture, monitoring training progress, conducting on-the-job training, and ensuring safety, food safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Prepares action plans to improve production, productivity, quality, and guest service, conducts restaurant assessments, and supports profitability through cost-control measures and rollout of new products, systems, and processes. Demonstrates facilitation and presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication, guest relationship development, urgency in guest interactions, and a passion for achieving results. Requires an Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience, fluent English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills for team leadership, guest recovery, and guest satisfaction optimization.
